  • Publication number: 20240221026
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining content effectiveness are disclosed. In some examples, a media device in a store of an entity displays content about a product. Shopping assistant devices owned by the entity are used by customers to assist their shopping in the store. Each of the shopping assistant devices has an asset identifier (ID). A first sensor is configured to detect a first set of asset IDs coupled to a first set of shopping assistant devices. At least one second sensor is configured to detect a second set of asset IDs coupled to a second set of shopping assistant devices. At least one processor is configured to: obtain purchase data associated with the second set of shopping assistant devices; and determine an effectiveness of the content based on information about: the first set of asset IDs, the second set of asset IDs, the product, and the purchase data.

  • Publication number: 20240221031
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing targeted content are disclosed. A media device is located in a physical location and configured to display content associated with one or more items. An assistant device has an asset ID and is used to assist a user's interactions. A plurality of first sensors generate first velocity data of an item ID coupled to a first item and second velocity data of the asset ID. At least one processor is configured to: determine that the first item is associated with the assistant device based on the first velocity data and the second velocity data, calculate an estimated time indicating when the assistant device will enter the first predetermined range based on the second velocity data, determine content associated with a second item based on the first item, and instruct the media device to present the content starting from the estimated time.

  • Publication number: 20240221025
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining content effectiveness are disclosed. In some examples, a media device located in a store of an entity displays content about a product. A shopping assistant device owned by the entity has an asset identifier (ID) thereon and is used by a customer to assist the customer's shopping. A first sensor generates velocity data of the asset ID passing the media device during a display of the content. A second sensor detects the asset ID around a checkout device during or after the display of the content. A processor is configured to: determine a pass time period for the asset ID to pass the media device, estimate a dwell time period of the customer based on the velocity data, obtain purchase data associated with the shopping assistant device, and determine an effectiveness of the content based on information about: the pass time period, the dwell time period, the product, and the purchase data.

  • Patent number: 8926532
Abstract: A goniometer comprises a first arm (2), a second arm (4) and a connecting portion (6) pivotally connecting the first arm (2) to the second arm (4) about a pivot axis (7). An instrument connector (8) is coupled to the first arm (2) arranged to couple to a surgical instrument (10). A method of aligning a surgical instrument (10) using the goniometer is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070000382
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to zeolites having a silica/alumina ratio of less than or equal to 10 (Si/Al?10) that are exchanged with Ag+ and thermally treated in such a way to favor adsorption over alternative catalytic and chemically reactive functionalities. The adsorbents of the present invention and the method of producing such adsorbents maximize the working adsorption capacity through ?-complexation. Applications for such adsorbents include any process in which contaminants from gas streams can form ?-complexes with the Ag in the zeolite, particularly the removal of CO, ethylene, propylene and the like from air and CO/H2 from air in prepurifier adsorbers in the production of ultra high purity (UHP) N2.

  • Publication number: 20060210454
Abstract: Trace amounts of carbon monoxide and optionally hydrogen are removed from gaseous feed streams by passing the feed stream through a carbon monoxide adsorbent (33) prior to passing it through a supported metal catalyst (34). The invention saves significant capital and operational costs over existing processes.

  • Publication number: 20050168320
Abstract: One or more lock or key units of a secure entry system is equipped with a radio receiver. The receiver permits a memory in the lock or key unit to be updated with new data that is modulated onto a radio frequency signal. By this technique, system-wide changes of programming data, such as changes of lockout lists and access codes, and changes targeted to specific units, such as disabling a particular key, can be implemented simply and quickly.
