  • Publication number: 20240139346
Abstract: The invention relates to a nanostructured delivery system comprising at least one polymer and/or at least one lipid and at least one polymethine dye, for use in treating a subject suffering from an adenocarcinoma comprising adenocarcinoma cells with a gene expression alteration in one or more SLCO genes. Therein, the at least one polymethine dye mediates targeted transport of the nanostructured delivery system into said adenocarcinoma cells. The invention relates further to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the nanostructured delivery system. The invention also relates to a method for targeted transport into neoplastic tissue using the nanostructured delivery system and to a use of the nanostructured delivery system or of the pharmaceutical composition of the invention for detection by fluorescence based on the accumulation of said system or composition in neoplastic tissues or cells.

  • Patent number: 11328001
Abstract: There is a need for more accurate and more efficient database management operations. This need can be addressed by, for example, techniques for efficient matching of data fields in response to database queries. In one example, a method includes: for each input data field of a plurality of input data fields, generating an per-field encoded representation of the input data field based on each per-character increment score for an occurred character in the input data field; performing the automated data field matching based on each per-field encoded representation for an input data field to generate one or more data field matching outputs; and causing display of the one or more data field matching determinations using a data field matching output interface.

  • Publication number: 20220058602
Abstract: The disclosed systems, servers and methods provide for a subscription and solution framework that provides novel mechanisms for scalable operations to be provided and/or accessible from management systems (such as, for example, asset (e.g., equipment), engineering and/or plant management systems, and the like) to apply, disseminate and/or utilize when interacting with subscribers (e.g., third party entities, users, clients, partners, and the like). The disclosed framework provides device and software agnostic integration and architectural flexibility, while maintaining and efficiently (both computationally and from a cost-basis) providing cloud-based technical support and services. The disclosed framework enables enhanced investment security and commercial flexibility, boosts production efficiency, enhances operational flexibility and eliminates pricing complexity.

  • Publication number: 20190275003
Abstract: Provided herein are compositions for treating liver inflammation. The compositions include a biologically active phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor and a liposome, the liposome encapsulating the PDE4 inhibitor. The liposome may be anionic and include both neutrally charged and negatively charged phospholipids. Encapsulation of the PDE4 inhibitor in the liposome facilitates targeted delivery to the liver while limiting access to the central nervous system.

  • Patent number: 9540051
Abstract: A tailgate of a type used in pickup trucks and other vehicles, and a method of operating such a tailgate. The tailgate includes a front/interior side, an oppositely-disposed rear/exterior side, lateral ends, and hinges disposed at the lateral ends and configured for pivotably coupling the tailgate to a vehicle. The tailgate further includes at least a first seat integrated into the tailgate between the front/interior side, the rear/exterior side, and the lateral ends. The seat comprises a seat back defined by a first rotatable portion of the front/interior side, and a seat cushion that is recessed into an interior region of the tailgate between the front/interior and rear/exterior sides. The seat cushion is exposed by rotating the seat back from a closed position in which the seat back is aligned with the front/interior side to an open position in which the seat back is deployed away from the front/interior side.

  • Patent number: 7814123
Abstract: A system to associate a plurality of members with a component, associate a member type with one of the plurality of members, and associate a value tag attribute with the one of the plurality of members. Some aspects include receipt of an instruction to access data associated with a member of a component, determination of whether the member is associated with a first tag attribute, and issuance, if the member is associated with the first tag, of a first query for the data associated with the member of the component and for data associated with each other member of the component that is associated with a respective tag attribute.
