  • Patent number: 11457997
Abstract: A ceramic dental prosthesis including an implant for osseointegration in a jaw bone with a receiving opening and an abutment having a through-hole for receiving a bolt. The bolt is produced from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic and connects the abutment and the implant. The dental prosthesis system includes an anti-rotation feature formed by a first interlocking means arranged on a proximal end of the abutment and a second interlocking means arranged on a distal end of the implant. The first interlocking means engages in the second interlocking means, wherein the first and second interlocking means are arranged at a distance from one another such that the abutment can be tilted relative to the implant. The bolt runs in the through-hole of the abutment and the receiving opening. An interference fit is provided between the bolt and the receiving opening of the implant.

  • Patent number: 11229506
Abstract: A dental prosthesis system includes at least one first and second dental prosthetic care part (1, 2) made of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2). Each of the two care parts has corner radii (R1, R11, R2, R22, R3, R26, R12, R13), and the corner radii (R1, R11, R2, R22, R3, R26, R12, R13) correspond to one another, wherein the first care part (1) is operatively connected to the second care part (2). At least one of the corner radii (R1, R11, R2, R22, R3) of the first dental prosthetic care part and/or the second dental prosthetic care part (R26, R12, R13) has a value of less than 0.1 mm, and the at least one corner radius (R1, R11, R2, R22, R3, R26, R12, R13) is produced by a material removal process using a laser method and/or by a machining process using a drill or a milling cutter made of full diamond.

  • Patent number: 10390909
Abstract: The invention relates to a dental prosthesis system that includes a ceramic implant for osseointegration in a jaw bone with a receiving opening for a connection screw and an abutment, preferably made of a ceramic, wherein the abutment can be secured in the receiving opening of the implant by the connection screw made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic. A screw lock includes first interlocking elements and second interlocking elements, wherein the first interlocking elements are arranged on the connection screw and the second interlocking elements are arranged in the receiving opening of the implant and/or on the abutment. When tightening or releasing the connection screw in the implant, the first interlocking elements are elastically deformed in conjunction with the second interlocking elements.
