Patent number: 11796126Abstract: A support for holding an electronic device, such as a cellular telephone, that attaches to the electronic device with a magnetic connector. The support may have support arms that can grip the electronic device. A magnetic mounting surface may include an annular magnet at its outer area, which is adapted to magnetically hold an electronic device such as a cellular telephone. The support arms may be able to move from a first position perpendicular to the magnetic mounting surface to a second positions parallel to the magnetic mounting surface. The support arms may be extendible from a central portion and this extension may be resisted by internal springs. A cellular telephone may be held within the extended arms to provide gripping support to the telephone. In the parallel configuration, the extendable arms may provide a further mounting surface for stability of the phone on its magnetic mounting surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 15, 2022Date of Patent: October 24, 2023Assignee: Videndum Media Solutions SPAInventor: Hen-Li Philip Chao

Publication number: 20220401960Abstract: A radiosynthesis system is disclosed that leverages droplet microfluidic radiosynthesis and its inherent advantages including reduction of reagent consumption and the ability to achieve high molar activity even when using low starting radioactivity. The radiosynthesis system enables the parallel synthesis of radiolabeled compounds using droplet-sized reaction volumes. In some embodiments, a single heater is used to create multiple reaction or synthesis sites. In other embodiments, separate heaters are used to create independently-controlled heating conditions at the multiple reaction or synthesis sites. In one embodiment, a four-heater setup was developed that utilizes a multi-reaction microfluidic chip and was assessed for the suitability with high-throughput radiosynthesis optimization. Replicates of several radiochemical operations including the full synthesis of various PET tracers revealed the platform to have high repeatability (e.g., consistent fluorination efficiency).Type: ApplicationFiled: August 7, 2020Publication date: December 22, 2022Applicant: THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIAInventors: R. Publication number: 20050275733Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for rendering a video image to a destination image space from a plurality of source image spaces. The method includes the steps of generating a set of intermediate incremental values from one or more polynomials, incrementally evaluating the polynomials within a loop processing area of a source or a destination image space along an inner and an outer processing loop based upon the generated set of intermediate incremental values. During the rendering a video image, the method retrieves pixels from a source image space, creates color pattern, or blends the pixels from two source image spaces based upon the evaluated polynomials from the inner and outer loops.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 10, 2004Publication date: December 15, 2005Inventor: Philip Chao

Patent number: 4637037Abstract: The illustrated receiver 6, in flip-flops 16A-D, stores four sequential samples of a biphase-L signal A1 and shifts the samples into four shift registers 24A-D. The sampled signals are clocked through their respective shift registers 24A-D by selected phases of multiphase clock .phi..sub.1, .phi..sub.2, .phi..sub.3, .phi..sub.4. Thus, each set of four samples is stationary at some location in their respective shift registers for the same clock cycle. A decoder section 10 responds to a transition between adjacent signal levels at the output of the shift registers 24A-D and to a previously sampled signal level A44. The decoder section 10 generates a control signal A32-D32 indicating the detection of a mid-bit biphase-L signal transition. A second storage means responds to the control signal A32-D32 and stores a shift register 24A-D signal level A19, B20-D20 which occurred subsequent to the detected mid-cell transition.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 1984Date of Patent: January 13, 1987Assignee: AT&T Teletype CorporationInventor: Philip Chao
