Abstract: A phone case with built in watch with a rectilinear phone retaining protective case including four side panels fixedly attached to a base panel, a watch member, a watch retaining member and a transparent panel member. The base panel includes a recessed portion capable of removably retaining the watch member. The watch retaining member covers the watch member and has a central aperture to allow the watch to be viewed. The transparent panel member covers the watch face. A preferred embodiment includes the watch retaining member having outwardly extending tabs which engage with apertures in the base panel allowing the watch retaining member to be held in place by rotating the watch retaining member ninety degrees.
