  • Patent number: 11386839
Abstract: An information handling system may include a display comprising an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel and an OLED degradation management subsystem configured to, responsive to a condition for initiating a calibration of the OLED panel, logically divide the OLED panel into a plurality of non-overlapping test windows of a defined size, measure a physical quantity for a pixel of at least one of the plurality of non-overlapping test windows to determine a deviation of the at least one test window from a linear degradation profile, and correct for non-linear degradation occurring in the at least one test window based on the deviation.

Date of Patent: July 12, 2022
    Assignee: Dell Products L.P.
Inventors: Deeder M. Aurongzeb, Philip Conde, Nick Luna
  • Patent number: 11380925
Abstract: In one or more embodiments, a battery may include one or more cells and one or more enclosures that respectively enclose the one or more cells. For example, at least a portion of each enclosure of the one or more enclosures may include a zeolite material that is configured to permit first molecules associated with a first diameter to exit the enclosure and configured to inhibit second molecules associated with a second diameter, greater than the first diameter, from entering the enclosure. In one instance, the first molecules may include CO2 molecules. In another instance, the second molecules may include H2O molecules. In one or more embodiments, the zeolite material may be a DDR-type zeolite material. For example, the DDR-type zeolite material may be applied on a porous ?-alumina substrate. In one or more embodiments, the battery may provide power to one or more components of an information handling system.

  • Publication number: 20210315107
Abstract: Board assembly processes are disclosed that may be implemented using multiple different electrically conductive solder types to assemble or attach different electronic components to a printed circuit board (PCB). For example, multiple different electronic components may be attached to a common PCB using a multiple-step assembly process that may be performed at different solder reflow temperatures and/or which may incorporate multiple different solder types having different respective minimum reflow temperatures (i.e., melting point temperatures). The disclosed processes may be implementing using a variety of different forms of solder, such as solder paste form, wire solder form, ingot solder form, etc.
