    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing situation aware display generation. One system includes an electronic processor configured to receive, from at least one sensor, monitoring data associated with an industrial system. The electronic processor is also configured to determine, based on the monitoring data, a cognitive workload for an operator of the industrial system. The electronic processor is also configured to determine, based on the cognitive workload, a user interface configuration for the operator of the industrial system. The electronic processor is also configured to transmit the user interface configuration to the industrial system for display to the operator via a display device of the industrial system.
