    Abstract: An open-fronted shroud covers a pump body of a trigger actuated pump sprayer and comprises a one-piece cover of at least one molded thermoplastic material having an upper section and a lower section, the cover having a rearwardly extending portion defining a saddle for supporting the pump sprayer on top of the operators hand during use. The upper and lower sections are interconnected by an integral hinge at a terminal end of the rearwardly extending portion for pivotal movement between an open position of the sections during molding and a closed position when mounted on the pump body during use.
