    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for providing a position sensing component are disclosed herein. An example sensor assembly may comprise: a primary sensing device, a reference sensing device located in proximity to the primary sensing device; and a flue coupled with one of the primary sensing device and the reference sensing device to provide a pathway for a first gas in a first area to access the one of the primary sensing device and the reference sensing device. The one of the primary sensing device and the reference sensing device is coupled to the flue and is configured to determine a first concentration level of the first gas in the first area. The other of the primary sensing device and the reference sensing device is configured to determine a second concentration level of the first gas in a second area.

An example Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) may comprise: a sampling tube fluidly coupled to a first opening defined in a conduit; and a sensor assembly fluidly coupled to the sampling tube. The sampling tube is positioned exterior to the conduit and extending along a direction of a gravitation force. The sensor assembly is configured to receive one or more gases that have a greater density in comparison to the ambient air and sense the one or more gases to generate a signal.

    Abstract: An apparatus including a positioner control device, a measuring device and a control routine. The positioner control device is communicatively coupled to a chamber of a charged particle beam device (CPBD) and is configured to individually manipulate each of a plurality of probes within the CPBD chamber to establish contact between ones of the plurality of probes and corresponding ones of a plurality of contact points of a sample positioned in the CPBD chamber. The measuring device is communicatively coupled to the CPBD and the positioner control device and is configured to perform one of a measurement and a detection of a characteristic associated with one of the plurality of contact points. The control routine is configured to at least partially automate control of at least one of the CPBD, the positioner control device and the measuring device.
