Abstract: An Internet-based customer request management software system for assisting customers to resolve service requests raised in projects is disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the system comprises a server computer operatively connected to a network; at least one server program executing on the server computer comprising at least one software interface for sharing and manipulating project-related information and documents, and at least one software interface for receiving project-related service requests (SRs) from customers and linking at least a portion of the SRs to at least a portion of the project-related information.
