    Abstract: Apparatus and method for transmitting microwave energy to or from a coaxial cable transmission line. A conductive ring is positioned between and spaced from the inner and outer conductors. The ring has two diametrically opposed conductive stubs extending laterally outwardly therefrom. One stub extends through and is electrically separate from the outer conductor. The other stub extends to and is electrically connected with the outer conductor.
