  • Publication number: 20250058935
Abstract: Plastic grid or framework arrangements are used to support and position of bowls that hold flower arrangements, candles, letters, and other decorative elements. These grids are deployable in water fountains, indoor and outdoor pools, and other small bodies of water during festive occasions or for longer term decorative display. The grid themselves do not float, and are positioned below the surface of the water, and thus are not readily visible. Buoyancy is provided at the hubs that form nodes in the grids. The hubs also support floating bowls containing various decorative elements. The resulting effect is that the various decorative elements appear to be floating on the surface while the sub-surface grid structure maintains their relative positioning, keeping the bowls from clumping together at the edges or in the corners of the pool or fountain.

  • Publication number: 20250062735
Abstract: A radio-frequency amplifier can have an input stage that includes an amplifying transistor having an input node and an output node, such that a signal at the input node has a first power level and an amplified signal at the output node has a second power level. The radio-frequency amplifier can further include a bias circuit configured to provide a bias signal to the amplifying transistor, and a feedback circuit that couples the output node of the amplifying transistor to the input node of the amplifying transistor. The feedback circuit can include a resistance and a capacitance arranged in series. The radio-frequency amplifier can further include a gain compensation circuit implemented relative to the input stage such that the second power level is compensated for a variation in temperature associated with the radio-frequency amplifier.

  • Publication number: 20250047923
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for performing adaptive bitrate (ABR) streaming. A user device may request a segment of a first version of a plurality of versions of a content asset from a content provider, and may receive the segment. An estimated time to receive a second segment of a second version of the content may be determined based on metrics associated with receipt of the segment of the first version and in a manner that takes into account latency with the network, such that a determination whether to switch to a higher or lower bitrate version of a content asset during ABR streaming may be more accurately made.
