Abstract: A system and method for evaluating any level of performance of an individual in any job level of any job position is provided using a computer-based technology, including a file server adapted to be in communication with at least one remote station and at least one storage medium; a first database of information stored on the storage medium and containing performance skill standards directly related to the job level of the job position; a database of information stored on the storage medium and containing a bibliography of reference materials concerning the job level of the job position.
