Abstract: There is described an end assembly for an engraving cylinder for use in a printing medium imaging apparatus, the engraving cylinder having opposite ends and a longitudinal axis extending therebetween, the end assembly comprising: mounting means for mounting said end assembly to one end of the engraving cylinder; engagement means for engaging said apparatus; and adjustment means for adjusting the position of the engagement means relative to the position of the mounting means. There is also described a printing medium imaging apparatus, and an engraving cylinder for use in such a printing medium imaging apparatus, There is also described a method of adjusting the TIR of an engraving cylinder within a printing medium imaging apparatus.
