  • Publication number: 20260189111
Abstract: An insulating disc for an electric machine, which has a slip-ring module, which is arranged on the rotor shaft of the rotor of the electric machine, and a brush module, which is arranged on the housing of the electric machine. The insulating disc comprises an insulating face which is designed to spatially shield the brush area, which is formed by the slip-ring module and by the brush module, from the housing. The insulating disc also comprises one or more fastening elements which make it possible to fasten the insulating face to the brush module and/or to the housing of the electric machine.

  • Publication number: 20260121476
Abstract: A slot closure element for a rotor of an electric machine of a motor vehicle for closing a slot of a rotor body of the rotor includes a closure body for arrangement in the slot. The closure body includes contact pressure regions that press against an inner side of a radially outer slot boundary of the slot, and two axially projecting projections on axially opposite end faces of the closure body, each having a chamfer, wherein the chamfers seal the slots and are configured to convert an axial force exerted on the projections into a radial force acting on the closure body to radially press the contact pressure regions against the inner side of the radially outer slot boundary.

  • Publication number: 20250239807
Abstract: A connection device for a rotating subassembly for connecting a first electrical component arranged in a hollow shaft to a second electrical component arranged outside the hollow shaft. The connection device includes a sleeve for arranging in a radial leadthrough of a wall of the hollow shaft; a wire-like conductor arranged in regions in the sleeve, wherein conductor ends projecting at edges of the sleeve form contact regions for contacting the first and second electrical components; an electrically insulating covering surrounding the conductor inside the sleeve and which is arranged between an outer side of the conductor and an inner side of the sleeve, wherein, the conductor has a first undercut to produce a radially positive-locking connection between the conductor and the covering, and the covering has a second undercut to produce a radially positive-locking connection between the covering and the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 12328039
Abstract: A high-voltage accumulator module having a multiplicity of battery cells arranged in a honeycombed parallel- and series connection assembly (for example, “honeycomb”). The gaps between the battery cells are filled with a thermally and electrically conductive potting compound. The battery cells are electrically insulated with respect to the potting compound. The potting compound is connected to an energy source via electrically conductive fixing elements that protrude into the potting compound and via two pole connections in such a way that a current flow through the potting compound which is as homogenous as possible is achieved. The two pole connections, for example, in the form of metal plates, may be fastened to the potting compound over a large surface area and in close electrical contact therewith by the fixing elements. The fixing elements may protrude as deep as possible into the potting compound in the form of strips or pins and may contain barbs.

  • Patent number: 11784543
Abstract: An electric machine has a stator, a rotor, and a slip ring module which is connected to a motor shaft of the electric machine. The slip ring module is equipped with at least one wire guiding channel, through which a respective contact wire is guided in order to electrically connect a rotor winding to a slip ring. A first section of the wire guiding channel runs from the slip ring in the axial direction parallel to the motor shaft. A second section of the wire guiding channel runs adjacently thereto radially outwards. An elastic seal element which surrounds the respective contact wire is arranged in or on the second section in order to seal the wire guiding channel to prevent a lubricant from entering the channel.
