  • Publication number: 20220017251
Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for automated component serialization. A group of components that are of the same component to be used in a computer system are identified. One of the components is separated and labeled with serialization information. The labeled serialized information is verified and entered into an enterprise resource planning system. The process continues until all the group of components are labeled and verified.

  • Publication number: 20070227778
Abstract: An adapter attachment for an auger which includes an connecting shaft sized and shaped to be attached to the pilot bit hole present in the end of an auger, after the removal of pilot bit. The adapter also includes a bolt flange for connection to a foundation anchor installation plate/tool such as a locking dog assembly. The adapter obviates the need to remove the auger from the Kelly bar during anchor installation. A modification includes eliminating the bolt flange and placing the connecting shaft directly to the locking dog assembly to form a pilot hole locking dog.

  • Publication number: 20050126823
Abstract: A locking pin mechanism for a locking dog which provides for a support sleeve including steps with indentations for supporting a grasping member, and pins whose slanted face intersects the plan of the drive wrench bore in the locking dog when the drive wrench is being installed.

  • Patent number: 6460994
Abstract: An underwater diving mask comprising a face piece formed of suitable material so as to substantially conform to the contour of a diver's face, and a strap for releasably securing the face piece against the diver's face. The face piece has at least one opening formed in the forward part thereof for receiving a lens therein. The lens has an inner surface that is substantially flat (i.e. planar), and an outer surface that is slightly convex to thereby compensate for the magnification problem caused by the different indices of refraction between water and air. Preferably, the diopter value of the convex outer surface of the lens is between 0 and 1.0 so as to remove the lens from the domain of corrective lenses. A secondary corrective lens can, however, be affixed to the planar inner surface of the lens for those divers who would otherwise require corrective lenses.

  • Patent number: 5523804
Abstract: An underwater diving mask, including a preformed face piece of suitable material so as to yieldably fit the contour of a wearer's face, and a strap for holding the face piece against the wearer's face. The mask has at least one large opening formed in the forward part thereof, and a rigid plate-like supporting structure carried by the face piece closing the opening. In one embodiment a pair of reducing, single sided concave lenses, one for each eye of the user, are formed in side-by-side relationship in the supporting structure. In another embodiment there is a single plate which is itself a single reducing lens. In yet another embodiment two openings and two lenses are provided, each a reducing lens. So as to properly compensate for the foreshortening effect of the water, the reducing power of the lens system is between zero and -0.50. The supporting member and lenses are prepared directly or treated or coated, such as by dipping, with a coloring agent.
