  • Patent number: 11470971
Abstract: Exemplary aspects of the present invention are directed to a reconfigurable dolly that may include a base, one or more base plates, that may be removable from the base and nest within the base, and one or more caster wheels connected to the base to allow for movement of the reconfigurable dolly relative to the surface on which the reconfigurable dolly may be positioned. The base of the reconfigurable dolly may be configured to be coupled to a base receiving tube. The base receiving tube may be configured for telescoping receipt of a seat receiving tube. The seat receiving tube may be telescopically positionable within the base receiving tube. The seat receiving tube may be configured for receipt and retention of an adjustable seat.

  • Patent number: 9822702
Abstract: A carbon scraper, a method of manufacturing a system with a carbon scraper, and method of scraping carbon from a piston of an internal combustion engine are provided. The carbon escaper includes an outer annular metallic shell portion having an annular recess therein. The annular scraper also includes an inlaid thermal barrier coating portion positioned within the annular recess of the outer annular metallic shell portion such that the inlaid thermal barrier coating portion is concentric with an outer annular metallic shell portion.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20110102744
Abstract: A camera support for cinematography equipment has a perimeter frame with an open central area and is adapted to mount to a secondary support. Track rails extend along the side beams of the frame and mount a camera trolley plate on rollers for sliding movement along the perimeter frame. The camera may be mounted above or below the trolley plate. A magnetic friction device provides controlled resistance to translation. Shock absorbers provide controlled deceleration toward adjustable stops, and repelling magnets on the shock absorbers and stops provide additional controlled deceleration.

  • Patent number: 7794088
Abstract: The camera support for cinematography equipment has end blocks and side beams forming a perimeter frame with an open central area. The perimeter frame is adapted to mount to a secondary support. Track rails extending along the side beams slidingly mount a trolley plate on rollers received in track slots and a camera is mounted to the trolley plate for sliding movement along the perimeter frame. The camera may be mounted above the trolley plate or below the trolley plate where it is accommodated by the open central area. The trolley plate is mounted on rollers received in slots designed by the track rails, and a magnetic friction device provides controlled resistance to translation.

  • Publication number: 20060251808
Abstract: The impellor, housing, flow channels, inlet and outlet flow passages of a pump used to pump a highly abrasive liquid at high volume. The flow surfaces are prepared, a primer is applied, and polyurea is applied on top of the primer to provide a protective coating rivaling extremely hard surfaces. The coating thus applied has at least the durability of expensive-to-apply hard coatings such as tungsten carbide, and siloxirane ceramic and ceramic metal filled epoxies. In addition, it minimizes the occurrence of cavitation within the pump housing, flow channels and passages.
