A controller may be operatively coupled to the touch screen user interface and the temperature sensor and may be configured to regulate operation of the VAV box in accordance with the sensed temperature and the temperature set point. The HVAC controller may be programmed with a test and balance procedure that is user-accessible via the touch screen user interface.
