The cast ventilator includes an air pump disposed within a housing connected to an air delivery cuff via tubing. The air pump draws air into the air mover through a primary air filter and through an air intake aperture. The air pump also pumps air out through a discharge port in the housing, through a length of tubing, through a secondary air filter, and into an air delivery cuff. The cleaned air fills two arms of the air delivery cuff and is forced out through cuff discharge ports.
