  • Patent number: 11578713
Abstract: A sound attenuation arrangement for an inverter cover of an electric compressor, which is characterised in that in addition to fasteners for the inverter cover on the compressor housing of the electric compressor, a sound attenuation means for reducing noise emission via the inverter cover is provided, where the sound attenuation means is made up of a screw with a screw head and a screw shaft, and in that on the screw head a damping element is arranged, where the screw is in contact via the screw shaft with the compressor body, and via the damping element arranged on the screw head with the inverter cover, in a manner that absorbs vibrations.

  • Patent number: 10935015
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for damping pressure pulsations for a compressor of a gaseous fluid, in particular of a refrigerant. The device comprises a housing (2), a piston element (6) as well as a spring element (8). The housing (2) is developed encompassing a chamber (3), with an inlet opening (4) and an outlet opening (5). The piston element (6), supported such that it is stayed across the spring element (8) on the housing (2), is disposed within the chamber (3) dividing the chamber (3) into a first chamber volume (3a) and a second chamber volume (3b), as well as being disposed movably in a direction of motion (11) between a first end position and a second end position. The motion of the piston element (6) effects a change of the chamber volumes (3a, 3b) and of a flow cross section of the outlet opening (5). The piston element (6) is developed as a hollow cylinder with two, at least partially closed, end faces (7, 13).

  • Publication number: 20180316230
Abstract: The invention relating to a stator assembly (1) in an electrically multi-phase activated drive motor with a stator (3) comprising several stator teeth (2), wherein the stator teeth (2) comprise a tooth surface (5) directed toward a pivotably supported rotor (4), has as its objective specifying a stator assembly [1] that enables a reduction of the noise and vibrations occurring during operation of a drive motor. This task is resolved thereby that at least one stator tooth (2) for each motor phase of the drive motor is implemented such that on the tooth surface (5) of this stator tooth (2) are disposed at least one first planar-formed surface region (6) and maximally one second surface region (7) comprising a curvature.
