  • Patent number: 10709233
Abstract: A method for the manufacture of scrubbing brushes and/or painting brushes is provided, in which a processing pressure exerted by a processing tool (3, 4) onto a bristle holder (5) to be processed is determined by a pressure sensor (6), which has a pressure-recording surface (7), which is arranged behind the bristle holder (5) to be processed, in the operating direction of the processing tool (3, 4). In this manner, determination of the processing pressure is possible close to the bristle holder (5) to be processed.

  • Patent number: 9687071
Abstract: A tufting tool for tufting and fastening clusters of bristles in bristle holes in a contoured surface of or oblique holes in a brush body. The tufting tool has a tool head displaceable along the tufting axis between a receiving and a tufting position. The tool head has two guide jaws which are displaceable relative to each other during displacement of the tool head. To relatively displace the guide jaws, the tool has a reversing lever connected to the tool head and a deflecting guide for the reversing lever, arranged at an angle of deflection with respect to the tufting axis. The guide jaws are coupled together via the reversing lever in such a manner and the reversing lever is guided such that an adjustment of the tool head into the tufting position advances one guide jaw in the tufting direction and retracts the other guide jaw counter to the tufting direction.

  • Patent number: 9669929
Abstract: A storage assembly, which is in particular suitable for use in a cooling system designed for an operation with a two-phase coolant medium, comprising a storage container with a receiving area for receiving a coolant medium and a conveying device for conveying coolant medium from the receiving area of the storage container. The conveying device is formed integral with the storage container of the storage assembly.

  • Publication number: 20160023266
Abstract: A device (1) for producing clamps (3) bent from wire sections (2), in particular surgical clamps, having a bending device (22) for bending a wire section (2), having a feed device (4) for the wire (5) having a cutting device (6) for separating a wire section (2) from the fed wire (5). The cutting device (6) has two cutting punches (11) for cutting the wire (5). A holding device (14) is provided for gripping and holding the wire section (2) between the two cutting punches (11) before separating the wire section (2) and for positioning the separated wire section (2) on a bending device (22) and for feeding the wire section (2) bent into the clamp to a device (33) for inserting the clamp (3) into a cartridge (34) or a clamp storage (35).
