  • Patent number: 11930964
Abstract: A machine (1) for processing a liquid food substance includes: a jug (20) having a container (21) and delimiting a food for containing the liquid food substance; and a base (10) that has one or more walls (11) forming a seat (11?) for removably receiving the container (21). The base (10) and/or the container (21) has one or more thermally insulating spacers (11a) spacing the base wall(s) (11) from thermally conditioned outside container wall(s) (21a) when the container (21) is received in or on the seat (11?) so as to prevent or inhibit thermal transfer from the container (21) into the base (10) via the base wall(s) (11) from the container wall(s) (21a) adjacent the base wall(s) (11).

  • Publication number: 20230179743
Abstract: A vehicle moves in relation to the surroundings along a movement direction. The vehicle includes a first and a second camera. The first camera is arranged in front of the second camera along the movement direction. A method for scanning the surroundings from the vehicle includes scanning a first image by the first camera; scanning a second image by the second camera; and combining the first and the second image to form an overall image. The second image is scanned with a time delay in relation to the first image, so that an offset of locations at which the images are scanned is less than an offset of the cameras on board the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11087438
Abstract: A driver assistance system and a method for merging partial images to form an image of a contiguous surrounding region of a mode of transport are provided. The method includes the following steps: detecting a first partial region of the surrounding region by a first environmental sensor; detecting a second partial region of the surrounding region by a second environmental sensor; generating a first partial image of the first partial region on the basis of a signal from the first environmental sensor; generating a second partial image of the second partial region on the basis of a signal of the second environmental sensor and a multiplicity of virtual sensors for detecting the second partial region; and merging the first partial image and the second partial image along a straight first joining line, wherein the virtual sensors are arranged at positions substantially on a perpendicular to the joining line.

  • Patent number: 10891591
Abstract: A computer processor may extract identity information from a document. The identity information may include at least one custodian identity attribute. After extracting the identity information, the computer processor may determine that the identity information is associated with a specific custodian. The computer processor may then search for the custodian identity attribute in a custodian directory to determine whether the custodian directory contains an entry for the custodian. If the custodian is not in the custodian directory, the computer processor may create a new entry in the custodian directory for the custodian and store the extracted identity information in the new entry.

  • Patent number: 10664577
Abstract: The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for user authentication using a cryptographically secured register. An authentication request for authenticating the user is received. The user is authenticated using a root identity of the user. A successful authentication requires receiving a credential assigned to a root identifier of the root identity of the user. An authentication context of the requested authentication is identified. One of the one or more delegated identities assigned to the root identity of the user and assigned to the identified authentication context is identified. In response to a successful authentication of the user, an authentication token is issued confirming the successful user authentication and identifying the successfully authenticated user by the delegated identifier of the identified delegated identity.

  • Patent number: 10650476
Abstract: The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for performing an electronic discovery process using a blockchain. For at least two of phases of the electronic discovery process individual electronic data processing tools are used for executing the respective phase. For each of the phases of the electronic discovery process metadata of the electronic data objects subject to the respective phase of the electronic discovery process and to the electronic data processing tool used for executing the respective phase are stored in the blockchain. Furthermore, audit information about auditable actions carried out during the respective phase by the electronic data processing tool used for executing the respective phase on the electronic data objects is stored in the blockchain. The stored audit information provides an end-to-end audit trail for each of the electronic data objects subject to at least one of the phases of the electronic discovery process.

  • Patent number: 10532700
Abstract: A method is provided for determining a position for a camera on an outer skin of a vehicle, the position being determined such that the camera can detect an object at a visual reference point behind the vehicle. The method identifies a lateral surface which, in an initial position, is parallel to an XZ plane of the vehicle at a lateral distance from a central x-axis of the vehicle, the lateral distance depending on a maximum width of the vehicle. The method identifies an axis of rotation for the lateral surface which is parallel to a z-axis of the vehicle and which extends through the visual reference point. The method determines a point of intersection of the lateral surface rotated, starting from the initial position, about the axis of rotation with the outer skin of the vehicle. The method determines the position for the camera based on the point of intersection.

Abstract: A camera display system, a vehicle implementing the camera display system, and an operating method for the camera display system are provided. The camera display system includes a camera system with multiple cameras and a display system with one or more displays. Independent images of a surrounding area are captured using the cameras and images of the surrounding area are displayed in a visually combined manner on a display unit. An error status of each of the cameras is detected, and if an error has occurred in a camera, the images of the surrounding area captured by the cameras without errors are displayed in a visually combined manner.
