    Abstract: A blind assembly for a motor vehicle, comprising a blind web that is extensible or movable in a longitudinal direction, and two guides that run in the longitudinal direction of the blind web and are located at a distance from each other in a transverse direction of the blind web. The blind web can be guided between the guides. The blind assembly further comprises expanding means which are part of the blind web or are connected thereto.
