Patent number: 9587887Abstract: A plate cooler for fluids, such as hydraulic oil, having a parallelepiped-shaped package of plate bodies forming spaced-apart fluid channels and air channels interposed between adjacent plate bodies. The plate bodies communicate on their ends with a fluid channel in a distributor box and a collection box. The distributor and collection boxes have an extruded aluminum profile, a continuous fluid channel, and a ribbed body having lateral ribs with continuous guide grooves for mounting elements and receiving slots for the extruded plate body profile. The fluid channels discharge into a collection chamber, communicating with the continuous fluid channel of the ribbed body. The continuous receiving slots for the plate bodies in the distributor box and in the collection box are configured in circular and conical form, and the inserted plate bodies are connected thereto in fluid-tight fashion in a low-temperature adhesive bonding process.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2009Date of Patent: March 7, 2017Assignee: Alpver Vermoegens—Und Liegenschaftsverwaltungs GmbHInventors: Philipp Pustelnik, Thomas Euler-Rolle

Patent number: 7997330Abstract: An oil cooler, in particular for hydraulic oil, which is composed of spaced-apart cooling plates which are in the form of a parallelepiped-shaped package (1), said plates separating coolant channels and oil channels from each other. Connections (3, 4) for supplying and removing the oil and the coolant are provided on the front side (2) of the plate package, and filter plates (4) are arranged upstream from the plate package on the other side (5) of the plate package. The measurements of the filter plates essentially correspond to the measurements of the cooling plates. The filter plates are detachably connected to the plate package via a closing face plate (1?). The filter plates are transversed by oil openings, which are connected to the oil inlet opening (2?) in the closing face plate and to an oil inlet opening (2?) in the plate package.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2006Date of Patent: August 16, 2011Inventors: Philipp Pustelnik, Thomas Euler-Rolle

Publication number: 20100133809Abstract: The invention relates to an adapter bit (6) for the parallelepiped liquid distributing section (2) of a liquid treatment device (1) which is provided in a corner area with a flattened section (3) on which the adapter bit (6) can be placed. The adapter bit (6) has a base (6?) with a liquid passage (7) corresponding to the liquid passage (4) of the flattened section (3), and a pipe conduit connection (10) which is configured as a universal connector. A base section (6?) of the adapter bit comprises a seat (11) for a temperature sensor (12) which sensor is embedded into the seat by means of a casting compound (13). A connecting cable (14) leading away from the base section (6?) comprises an electrical connector (15) via which the temperature sensor (12) is connected to a temperature control device.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 16, 2006Publication date: June 3, 2010Inventors: Philipp Pustelnik, Thomas Euller-Rolle
