  • Publication number: 20230160445
Abstract: The disclosure illustrates and describes a guide element which extends from a first end via a guide portion to a second end. The guide element has a fixing portion arranged at the second end and extending along a first extent direction, which runs transversely with respect to the axial direction, to a free end. The guide element has a connecting portion between the guide portion and the fixing portion. The connecting portion extends along a second extent direction, which runs transversely with respect to the axial direction and transversely with respect to the second extent direction, and extends along the axial direction from a first plane, which runs perpendicular to the axial direction, to a second plane, which runs perpendicular to the axial direction. The fixing portion is spaced apart in an axial direction both from the first plane and from the second plane. The disclosure furthermore relates to a corresponding brake anchor and to a corresponding disk brake system.

  • Publication number: 20230034957
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a brake calliper for a disc brake. The brake calliper comprises a supporting structure, a cover with a pin, and a fixing disc. The supporting structure has a bridge and at least one bridge finger which has a brake lining side, an outer side and a bore which is incorporated into the outer side and which runs from the outer side in the direction of the brake lining side. The cover has a pin protruding into the bore. The fixing disc has a disc edge which has an outer diameter D and which is positively held in the bore and with a disc center which has a through-opening, through which the pin protrudes. The disc center has a clamping region which is bulged relative to the disc edge in the direction of the brake lining side and which fixedly clamps the pin in the through-opening by a clamping edge. The disclosure also relates to such a fixing disc itself.

  • Publication number: 20220397173
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a brake lining arrangement for a vehicle disc brake, comprising at least one brake lining carrier plate, at least one friction lining, and at least one restoring element. The friction lining is attached to the front surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate. The at least one restoring element is fastened to the rear surface of the at least one brake lining carrier plate and may be coupled to a brake caliper of the vehicle disc brake. At least one restoring element has at least two spring portions. The at least one restoring element is configured such that the at least two spring portions of the at least one restoring element act on the brake caliper under pretensioning.

  • Publication number: 20220397171
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a brake caliper for a disk brake comprising a supporting structure having a bridge and at least one bridge finger. The at least one bridge finger has a brake lining side, an outer side and a bore, that extends into the outer side. The bore has a bore axis and a bore wall. A profiling is recessed into the bore wall. A faceplate having a peg, projects into the bore and has a peg circumferential surface. A sleeve, which has a sleeve body is arranged between the bore wall and the peg circumferential surface. The sleeve has a spring arm, which is bent outwardly in the radial direction away from the sleeve body. The profiling is designed in such a way that the outwardly bent spring arm can latch into the profiling at various points of the profiling in the axial direction of the bore axis.
