    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a coated cell culture carrier, wherein a solution comprising a polyurethane urea is applied to a cell carrier and dried. The polyurethane urea is produced beforehand by converting at least one polycarbonate polyol component, at least one polyisocyanate component, and at least one diamino component. The invention further relates to a cell culture carrier obtained according to the method and the use thereof for in-vitro cultivation of stem cells, particularly for cultivating mesenchymal stem cells.
