  • Publication number: 20240162723
Abstract: A control circuit for operating an electrical energy store has at least one electrical switching means, arranged in a current path for a charging or discharging current, for interrupting the charging or discharging current and with a suppressor diode, connected in parallel to the electrical switching means, for protecting the electrical switching means from an overvoltage when the electrical switching means is opened. An electrical attenuation element is connected in parallel to the suppressor diode in order to attenuate transients caused by a switching operation of the electrical switching means, in particular by an opening of the electrical switching means. The disclosure also relates to an electrical energy store and/or an electrical consumer with a control circuit according to the disclosure, and to a system consisting of an electrical consumer designed as a hand-held machine tool and at least one electrical energy store designed as an exchangeable battery pack.

  • Publication number: 20240088783
Abstract: An electronics unit for an electrical device, in particular for a motor-operated electrical device, includes a printed circuit board populated, in particular on one side, and having a plurality of power transistors for actuating a multiphase load, in particular a multiphase electric motor, of the electrical device. Each phase of the load is assigned at least one power transistor. A first electrical damping element for damping transients caused by switching processes of the power transistors is connected in parallel with at least one of the power transistors of a first phase with a highest leakage inductance. No electrical damping element acting in this manner is provided for at least one of the other phases of the load, in particular for the phase with a lowest leakage inductance.

  • Publication number: 20230015527
Abstract: An electric processing tool includes an energy supply device and an open-loop or closed-loop control unit. The energy supply device includes at least two energy sources which are interconnected, each in a series circuit with an electronic component for applying the logical operator “OR” to the individual current of the electronic component in question, to form a common star point, such that a resulting total current for supplying the electric processing tool results. At least a subset of the energy sources, in particular each energy source, is assigned a current-measuring unit for measuring the individual current of the energy source in question. The open-loop or closed-loop control unit is configured to adapt the total current to the measured individual currents.

  • Patent number: 9525295
Abstract: In a method for operating an electric device, which includes a first storage battery pack, a second storage battery pack and an electrical load, no more than one storage battery pack is discharged at any given time to operate the load. In the process, the storage battery pack to be discharged is selected as a function of a temperature of the first storage battery pack and a temperature of the second storage battery pack and/or as a function of an internal resistance of the first storage battery pack and an internal resistance of the second storage battery pack.

  • Publication number: 20150108940
Abstract: An electrical energy store device includes at least two energy storage cells, which are interconnected in series in each case with at least one diode to form a neutral point, the charge states of the energy storage cells being balanceable with the aid of leakage currents of the diodes if dissimilar charge states of the energy storage cells are present.
