Abstract: Method for producing a bone prosthesis, comprising forming a surgical guide (1) equipped with at least one artificial prosthesis (150 and with at least a first hole passing through each artificial prosthesis in a predetermined orientation, placing the surgical guide on a model (2), drilling a second hole (16) through the model with the aid of a drill (8) passed through each first hole, the passage of the drill through the corresponding first hole taking place without contact therewith, and guiding the drill in said predetermined orientation with the aid of drill introduction means (10, 11) situated outside said first hole.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for making dental prostheses and related surgical guides, that comprises making the prosthesis and/or the surgical guide based on a model that reproduces the bone portions of the jaw using a first material and the mucosa portions of the jaw using a second material softer than the first material, and made on the basis of a computer modelling of the mucosa portions and the bone portions of the jaw by radiographic data differentiation. The invention also relates to the individualized production in a single piece of one or more implants for such a dental prosthesis that comprises machining rods or studs of a biocompatible material. The invention further relates to a ready-to-use individualized kit for placing a dental prosthesis, that comprises this type of prosthesis, this type of surgical guide and/or one or more implants of this type, as well as screwing keys for placing the implants and optionally suitable drills.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a dental prosthesis to be implanted in a jaw of a patient, including the production of a radiological guide whose image, when the guide is placed in position on the jaw of the patient, can be processed for introducing virtual implants and guide cylinders in a surgically appropriate position; drilling holes into the guide on the basis of information obtained from the processing and placing real guide cylinders into the holes in order to form a surgical guide; placing the surgical guide on a pattern of the patient's jaw and drilling holes into the pattern through the guide cylinders; placing implant analogues into the holes drilled into the pattern; and producing the dental prosthesis on the pattern. Abstract: The inventive method for producing an implantable dental prosthesis consists in forming a radiological guide whose image positioned on a patient jaw is processable in such a way that it makes it possible to introduce implants and virtual guiding cylinders in a surgically suitable position, in drilling a radiological guide according to information items obtained by the image processing and in placing the real guiding cylinders in the thus drilled holes in such a way that a surgical guide is formed, in drilling a jaw model through the surgical guide with the aid of the guiding cylinders, in inserting implant into analogue drilled holes in a surgically appropriate position of the processed images and marking the rotatable position thereof, and in forming the dental prosthesis according to the model prior to arranging it in the mouth. A device for carrying out said method is also disclosed.
