  • Publication number: 20090056077
Abstract: A hinged fastener for a shower door having two juxtaposed door panels. The hinged fastener comprises two hinge portions each adapted to be attached to one of the two door panels, the hinge portions being pivotally connected to one another and pivoting about a hinge pivot axis located between the two door panels to form a hinge; and at least one mounting assembly pivotally connected to a mounting pivot axis, parallel to the hinge pivot axis, the mounting assembly pivoting about the mounting pivot axis, independently of the hinge portions, the mounting assembly being engaged with a shower rail for simultaneous displacement of the door panels of the shower door relative to the shower rail. The hinge pivot axis can be the mounting pivot axis and there can be a single mounting assembly. The mounting assembly can further comprise a roller assembly or a displacement assembly.

  • Publication number: 20090038070
Abstract: A shower door track for a shower having at least one displaceable door panel comprises a longitudinal exterior track portion having an exterior surface, an interior surface and at least one exterior connector; a longitudinal interior track portion having an exterior surface, an interior surface, a displacement channel for receiving a displacement assembly connected to the door panel and at least one interior connector; the interior connector being engageable with a corresponding one of the exterior connector to secure the exterior track portion to the interior track portion to form the shower door track.

  • Publication number: 20080247379
Abstract: A method and network node for supporting a synchronization of a connectivity session location function (CLF) in a communication network. The method uses a processor for sending and receiving messages from a communication network, detecting the unavailability of the CLF, detecting that access information related to the session of the UE is missing from the CLF, receiving missing access information for a session of a UE and synchronizing the CLF on a per session basis. Furthermore, the processor accesses a memory for storing access information and synchronizes the stored access information of the session with the received missing access information of the session of the UE stored during unavailability of the CLF.

  • Publication number: 20080232369
Abstract: Communication nodes, systems and methods are described which provide an association between messaging and access resource and admission control functions (A-RACFs) within an IP addressing zone. The association can be communicated within messages using, for example, a topology zone identifier.

  • Patent number: 6408173
Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating a billing identifier for a subscriber from a first network roaming within a second network is disclosed. A node interconnecting the first and second networks receives a call message that does not include a billing identifier from the first network. A billing functionality within the node responsive to the call message generates a billing identifier enabling billing records within the second network to be associated with the subscriber from the first network. Messages containing the billing identifier are then transmitted to the second network from the interconnecting node.

  • Patent number: 6222916
Abstract: A telecommunications service node includes a multi-level architecture comprising an operating system layer interfaced using a compile time linked interface to a service framework layer, and a service application layer interfaced using an object oriented, run time linked interface to the service framework layer. Run time linking of the service applications supports the introduction or modification of service applications during run time execution of the service node. Each service application inherits from the same base class, and is defined by certain criteria which need to be met in order to execute the service. A trader maintains a reference to each available service application. When a certain service needs to be performed, a set of criteria for that certain service are evaluated by the trader, and a particular one of the service applications within the service layer defined to meet the criteria set is selected. The selected service application is then invoked to support the certain service.
