  • Publication number: 20230114387
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for calibrating an AC/DC converter with power factor correction, including the following steps: - connecting the input connector of the converter to a predetermined DC voltage power supply, such that this predetermined DC voltage is applied between the terminals of the input connector; - measuring, with a voltage measuring unit, the resulting calibration DC voltage which is delivered by the switching module when the predetermined DC voltage is applied between the terminals of the input connector; and -calibrating the voltage measuring unit by performing a calibration bringing the resulting calibration voltage back to the level of the predetermined DC voltage.

  • Patent number: 10508633
Abstract: A method, and associated device, for controlling a module for heating a plurality of fuel injectors of an engine of a vehicle, the heating module including a plurality of electromagnetic induction elements each connected to an injector of the plurality of fuel injectors and being configured, when an electric excitation current passes through the electromagnetic induction elements, to heat the injector by induction, the method including a step of generating an electric supply current and a step of generating, from the electric supply current, a plurality of electric excitation currents phase shifted relative to one another and materialized by electric excitation current signals, each of the electric excitation currents intended to supply one of the electromagnetic induction elements. The method being notable in that the electric excitation current signals are phase shifted such that the sum of the absolute values of the amplitudes of the signals is constant.

  • Patent number: 8467935
Abstract: An electronic control unit (3) for a motor vehicle includes a microcontroller (30) which controls the operation of an engine of the motor vehicle, a regulator (31) of a voltage delivered to the microcontroller (30) by an electric power source (2), and a voltage step-up device (32) including control elements (321) suitable for activating at least one inductive load (320) coupled to the power source (2), an activation which consists of successive energy accumulations and discharges by the at least one inductive load. The at least one inductive load (320) is shared with at least one second device (4) that is internal or external to the electronic control unit (3), a second device whose operation is controlled by the electronic control unit.
