  • Patent number: 8825111
Abstract: The invention relates to a portable communication equipment comprising a handset with means for transmitting and receiving radiofrequency mobile telephony signals via a cellular radiocommunication network; means for receiving radiofrequency television signals; means for displaying data corresponding to received television signals and acoustic means for reproducing sounds associated to received television signal. According to the invention, said means for receiving radiofrequency television signals comprise a tuner and demodulator located in an accessory separated from said handset and intended to be worn by a user of the handset, said accessory comprising an external metallic area intended to be in direct contact with the skin of said user and electrically linked to an input of said demodulator, and in that said equipment also comprises a transmitting link for transmitting to said handset data corresponding to received radiofrequency television signals downstream from said demodulator.

  • Patent number: 5213601
Abstract: The invention relates to a production line for curved panes, in which the panes of glass are heated, brought in a horizontal position into a curving station where they are taken over by curving tools, and then finally conveyed into a quenching station, the stages of quenching and of entry of the glass into the curving station being at different heights.

  • Patent number: 5069704
Abstract: The invention relates to a production line for curved panes, in which the panes of glass are heated, brought in a horizontal position into a curving station where they are taken over by curving tools, and then finally conveyed into a quenching station, the stages of quenching and of entry of the glass into the curving station being at different heights. Defective glass sheets are removable from the production line intermediate the curving station and the quenching station by cracking with an atomized fluid jet and subsequent crushing.

  • Patent number: 4838920
Abstract: The invention relates to the precise positioning of sheets of glass on a conveyer, particularly in an installation for curving sheets of glass. Positioning the sheets of glass by means of a combination of actions, in whole or in part, comprising orientations, longitudinal centerings and transversal centerings.

  • Patent number: 4802904
Abstract: A process for bending glass plates into convex shape and, in particular, to their precise positioning with a view to that bending. The glass plates to be convexed are centered while a hot gas is blown under said plates in order to take up a part of the weight of the glass thanks to that blown gas. It makes possible a recentering of the glass plates without deterioration of said plates in spite of their friction on the rollers carrying them.

  • Patent number: 4764196
Abstract: Curving of glass sheets by application of said sheets against an upper curving form and possibly subsequently, after the deposit of said sheets onto a lower curving form, by depressing in accordance with said upper form is improved. After the taking up of a sheet of glass by the upper form, a current of hot gas is blown under the glass sheets in order to produce a pneumatic pressing. The process and opportunities enables the manufacture of curved glasses in accordance with complicated shapes and/or with an accentuated curvature but, nevertheless, with a surface free from defects.
