  • Patent number: 11958266
Abstract: Provided herein is a rolled composite aerospace product comprising a 2XXX-series core layer and an Al—Cu alloy clad layer coupled to at least one surface of the 2XXX-series core layer, wherein the Al—Cu alloy is an aluminium alloy comprising about 0.06% to 2.8% Cu, and preferably about 0.10% to 1.8% Cu. The rolled composite aerospace product is ideally suitable for structural aerospace parts. Also described herein is a method of manufacturing a rolled composite aerospace product.

  • Publication number: 20240102141
Abstract: Described herein is an aging process of a solution-heat-treated and quenched 2XXX-series aluminum alloy wrought product, comprising the steps of: (1) aging the product in a first aging step at one or more temperatures within a range of 90° C. to 120° C. for a cumulative period of time of at least 10 hours; and (2) subsequently aging the product in a second aging step at one or more temperatures within a range of 150° C. to 205° C. for a cumulative period of time of at least 4 hours. The wrought aluminum alloy can be processed to various product forms, e.g., sheet, thin plate, thick plate, extruded or forged products.

  • Patent number: 8369362
Abstract: A device is dedicated to the processing of audio and video data for multimedia communication, via an asynchronous network, between first LAN audio and video terminals and second LAN audio and video terminals. This device includes i) a connector which establishes communications with the first LAN audio and video terminals and with other connectors installed in another device, ii) a first dating module which attaches a transmit time mark and an identifier to the audio and video data emitted by the first LAN audio and video terminals, before their transmission to the other connector and iii) a processor which determines a time difference representing the transmission time difference between the received audio and video data and presenting the same identifier.

  • Patent number: 6684273
Abstract: A method to buffer a data stream at its reception, performed by a receiver of the data stream. Data sent by a sender is transferred over a connection-less network in packets encapsulated into frames. The method of buffering itself includes the steps of storing the packets into a buffer of a specific size (Bs). When the receiver received at least one of the packets, its delay (jitter) is measured and compared with some predefined value. Depending on the result of that comparison, said buffer size (Bs) will be adapted dynamically such to optimize the transfer of the packets according to some predefined criteria.
