    Abstract: An oil-in-water emulsion for intravitreal administration, especially injection, including an active ingredient, an oil, a mixture of two non-ionic surfactants and water, the emulsion having a droplet size ranging from about 100 to about 200 nm. The emulsion provides good therapeutic activity of the active ingredient for treating eye diseases or conditions, such as an eye disease or condition of the posterior segment of the eye.
