  • Patent number: 10875433
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat comprising a seating portion, a backrest with a front face and which extends in a main direction Z and which has a hole for the upward exit of a seat belt from the backrest and a support which the seat belt bears against in order to descend along the front face of the backrest, and a headrest mounted on the backrest and slidable relative to the rest of the backrest along the main direction Z. The support is slidable relative to the rest of the backrest along the main direction Z, and the seat comprises a drive mechanism capable of simultaneously causing the headrest to slide along the main direction for a first amplitude A1 and the support for a second amplitude A2 different from the first amplitude A1, and an actuator able to actuate the drive mechanism.

  • Patent number: 10549654
Abstract: A vehicle seat having a pivoting function about a vertical axis (Z1). The seat includes a base configured for connection to the floor (PL) of the vehicle via longitudinal rails, a support frame mounted so as to rotate on the base by means of a pivot joint (JP) of axis Z1 and three curved slide connections (G1,G2,G3), a seating portion frame connected to the support frame directly or via a raising mechanism, and a motorization device interposed between the base and the support frame and configured to cause rotational movement of the support frame relative to the base. The axis Z1 of the pivot joint is eccentric with respect to a central area of the seating portion frame.

  • Patent number: 8894154
Abstract: A seat back includes a backrest formed of a first polymeric material for supporting an occupant. A bracket formed of a different material than the first polymeric material of the backrest is anchored to the backrest for coupling to a seat cushion. A reinforcing composite layer is connected to the backrest and is formed of a second polymeric material and a plurality of fibers impregnated in the second polymeric material. The first polymeric material of the backrest is mechanically engaged with the bracket free of melt bonding between the first polymeric material of the backrest and the bracket. The first polymeric material of the backrest is melt bonded to the second polymeric material of the reinforcing composite layer integrating the backrest, the bracket, and the reinforcing composite layer.
