  • Publication number: 20260123823
Abstract: A packaging for a medical endoscope is disclosed. The packaging comprises a tray provided with an inner face having a peripheral area. The tray comprises, on its inner face, a housing for receiving the medical endoscope. The housing includes a cavity that receives the operating handle and a rectilinear groove that receives the insertion tube. The packaging additionally comprises a sheet sealed continuously and hermetically to the peripheral area of the inner face of the tray with a pull-out force. The tray comprises protuberances projecting from its inner face and arranged on either side of the groove. The sheet is fixed to the protuberances with a pull-out force at least 30% less than the pull-out force between the sheet and the peripheral area. The present disclosure also relates to a method for packaging a medical endoscope.

  • Patent number: 12593960
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a medical endoscope including: a piston body in which a piston is movably mounted in displacement; the piston delimiting with the piston body a sealed obturation section and a sealed interconnection chamber adapted so that, in the open position of the obturation device, the sealed interconnection chamber ensures communication between a first portion and a second portion of the circulation circuit. According to the disclosure, the sealed interconnection chamber including a hole passing right through the piston to open out into a cylindrical chamber delimited between the piston and the piston body, by an oblong section located in the open position of the circulation circuit, facing the inlet sections of the tubing for connection to the first portion and to the second portion of the circulation circuit to limit the pressure drop.

  • Publication number: 20240325682
Abstract: A method for fixing one end of an actuation cable includes providing a part provided with at least one region made of thermoplastic material for fixing one end of an actuation cable and providing a serrated welding head formed of teeth alternately separated by hollows. The end of an actuation cable is then positioned on a region of the part made of thermoplastic material, heated, and the serrated welding head is applied with pressure onto the end of the actuation cable to ensure the penetration of the teeth into the region made of thermoplastic material to move the material in the hollows in order to obtain at least one bead of thermoplastic material trapping the actuation cable.
