Abstract: The disclosure relates to a system for attaching a medical device on a mast, the attachment system including a body equipped with the medical device and from which protrude face-to-face two jaws together delimiting an open engagement housing for the mast ending, at the level of the body, in a bottom which gradually decreases along a frustoconical portion to adapt to masts of different diameters, both jaws being externally threaded by a thread including a tapped ring and a tubular support skirt for the jaws, this tubular skirt extending coaxially inside the tapped ring to allow the engagement of the jaws between the tapped ring and the tubular skirt and the screwing of the tapped ring on these jaws.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a removable system for joining a device to a support, using a male part interacting with a female part; the male part including an arm having a free end provided with a series of bearing teeth extending radially; the female part including at least one locking plate in which is arranged an opening delimiting retaining teeth able to come face-to-face with a bearing tooth to prevent the disengagement between the male and female parts; the female part and the male part including an angular locking device able to angularly lock the female and male parts, the angular locking device including a latch mounted radially movable on the back face of the locking plate.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a medical endoscope including: a piston body in which a piston is movably mounted in displacement; the piston delimiting with the piston body a sealed obturation section and a sealed interconnection chamber adapted so that, in the open position of the obturation device, the sealed interconnection chamber ensures communication between a first portion and a second portion of the circulation circuit. According to the disclosure, the sealed interconnection chamber including a hole passing right through the piston to open out into a cylindrical chamber delimited between the piston and the piston body, by an oblong section located in the open position of the circulation circuit, facing the inlet sections of the tubing for connection to the first portion and to the second portion of the circulation circuit to limit the pressure drop.

Abstract: An exercise apparatus is disclosed having a bridge and two adjustably connectable support elements. The bridge and support elements are configured so that the support elements can securely engage the bridge in a locking fashion at three different relative positions, thus supporting the bridge at different heights.
