  • Patent number: 7108301
Abstract: A door handle for the side door, rear door or trunk of a motor vehicle, the door handle being fitted with a flap (1) that retracts automatically when the handle is used. The flap is fitted with a sensor (5) that detects the presence of a handle opposite the flap. When the flap is not in use, it is closed in such a way as to be flush with the external surface (2) of the door and it is held in position by a spring recall system. A computer-controlled actuation device is designed to retract the flap at the appropriate moment in order to provide access to the door opening control (8). The flap systems can be connected to an electric or mechanical opening control.

  • Patent number: 6952059
Abstract: A system and method for locking a motor vehicle steering column to prevent accidental locking of the steering column is provided. The system electro-mechanically locks the steering column in rotation using a bolt driven by an electronic control circuit that receives commands from an electronic calculator via a multiplexed bus. A blocking device mechanically blocks displacement of the bolt.

  • Publication number: 20040177478
Abstract: The invention relates to an external door handle for the side door, rear door or boot of a motor vehicle, said door handle being fitted with a flap (1) that retracts automatically when the handle is used. The flap is fitted with a sensor (5) which detects the presence of a hand opposite said flap. When the flap is not in use, it is closed in such a way as to be perfectly flush with the external surface (2) of the door and it is held in position by a spring recall system. An actuation device, which is controlled by a computer, is designed to retract the flap at the appropriate moment in order to provide access to the door opening control (8). Said flap system can be connected to an electric—or mechanical-type—opening control. The inventive handle affords the advantage of being very practical to use and having a value-enhancing style and appearance.

  • Publication number: 20020104921
Abstract: The purpose of the invention is a light aircraft, remotely supplied and remotely controlled, propelled by electrical motors coupled to propellers, this device being able to perform stationary flight and to move in the three space dimensions in a controlled way. The system includes an aircraft (1), a control unit (3) and a handling unit (4). The aircraft comprises four propellers, each of them driven by a electric motor, a gyroscopic device, tilt sensors, a yaw sensor and an extrenal protective body.
