  • Publication number: 20040132201
Abstract: According to the application, a novel derivative compound is formed from a compound that can react by substitution with diethanolamine. Subsequently, the content of the novel compound is measured by means of ultraviolet spectrometry using the absorbance spectrum of the compound which is measured in a wavelength range included between 200 nm and 350 nm. The content of said novel compound is then converted to the original diethanolamine content.
