    Abstract: An analog or digital signal mixed with packet-mode digital channels can be the video signal from a television station link in which the digital channels transmit magazines. The packets are inserted at least in the active parts of free lines of the field synchronization signal, to the extent of one packet per line. The measuring equipment comprises for a selected digital channel, means (2) for detecting the address of the digital channel in the packets of the signals (SV) and means for counting (3) and displaying (5) parameters such as the number of packets received, the number of received erroneous packets, the number of not received lost packets, the number of received data words and the number of received erroneous data words during a predetermined cyclic period. Several digital channels mixed in analog or digital signals (CT) can be processed by the equipment.
