  • Publication number: 20250038506
Abstract: A device for leading at least one line through an opening in a wall and/or story ceiling, with at least one pipe element for receiving the line to be led through the opening and at least one end element which can be abutted directly or indirectly against a wall surface of the wall. The end element has a coupling portion facing inwards towards the pipe element. The coupling portion can be brought into abutment or engagement with the outer surface of the pipe element for force-fitting and/or form-fitting coupling. The pipe element and/or the end element may abut the wall and/or story ceiling and are elastically deformable at least axially in the longitudinal direction of the pipe element in such a manner that, in the assembled state, the end element is pressed against the wall.

  • Publication number: 20240355449
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for agnostic transmission of radiation information data. In one example, a radiation manual entry tool (RMET) includes a worklist access component series configured to receive via a network a first user input requesting access to a modality worklist, transform the first user input from a first format to a second format, transmit the first user input via the network, and receive a requested modality worklist via the network. The RMET further includes a data submission component series configured to receive via the network a second user input including radiation dose information manually entered into the requested modality worklist, transform the second user input from the first format to the second format, transmit the second user input via the network, and receive a message via the network confirming receipt of the manually entered radiation dose information for a scheduled procedure of the requested modality worklist.

  • Publication number: 20240076689
Abstract: This invention generally relates to the field of somatic gene therapy. The invention provides a nucleic acid construct comprising a transgene encoding a therapeutic protein, a tetracycline-responsive aptazyme sequence, and inverted terminal repeats (ITRs). The nucleic acid construct can be transferred to a subject in need thereof in the form of a viral vector, in particular an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector. The Tet-responsive aptazyme sequence allows for a tightly controlled expression of the transgene in the subject, thereby avoiding toxic side effects. The nucleic acid construct and the viral vectors comprising same are particularly useful in the treatment of proliferative diseases like cancer.
