    Abstract: The device for quickly coupling a tube to an element comprises a tubular endpiece (1) subdivided along its axis (2) into a first portion (3) for connecting to the tube and a second portion (4) for coupling to the element (100), and fastening means (3.1, 15) for securing the tube to the endpiece and the endpiece to the element, the second portion (4) of the endpiece (1) possessing a groove (8) for receiving a sealing gasket (9). The endpiece (1) is fitted with a sleeve (10) for protecting the gasket (9), which sleeve is mounted to slide between a position in which it overlies the groove (8), thereby protecting the gasket (9), and a disengaged position which is offset relative to the groove (8).
