Also disclosed are methods of treating cancer with a WEE1 inhibitor, comprising identifying a subject having (a) the cancer and (b) endogenous or altered function of CCNE1; and administering an effective amount of the WEE1 inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to the subject.
