The mechanism includes a securing ring for cutting tools nested in the hood, with the locking mechanisms for the hood designed to come into contact with additional locking mechanisms of the securing ring which also contain at least one locking stop for the nested cutting tools relative to the ring which holds the tools at least partially inside the hood.
