    Abstract: The following relates generally to facilitating order and delivery of prescription medication. In some embodiments, a first prescription for a first medication of a first patient is received; and a second prescription for a second medication of a second patient is received. A pickup time of a first pharmacy may then be determined by: determining a pickup time for the first medication at the first pharmacy; determining a pickup time for the second medication at the first pharmacy; and selecting, as the pickup time of the first pharmacy, the later of the pickup time for the first medication and the pickup time for the second medication. Identifications of all of: the first patient, the second patient, the first medication, the second medication, the first pharmacy, and the pickup time of the first pharmacy may then be displayed.

An example computer-implemented method, executed by a processor, to estimate a waiting time of a prescription for a medication includes training a machine learning model using, for each of a plurality of previously filled prescriptions, a set of characteristics of the previously filled prescription, and a fill time for the previously filled prescription, receiving a prescription for a medication for a patient, receiving a request for an estimated waiting time for filling the prescription medication for the patient, identifying a set of characteristics of the prescription medication for the patient, applying the set of characteristics of the prescription medication to the machine learning model to determine the estimated waiting time for filling the prescription medication for the patient, and providing an indication of the estimated waiting time for display on a client device.

The article of footwear comprises a sole member having an upper surface for supporting the sole of the wearer's foot, a lower surface, a heel end, and a toe end; and a heel mechanism attached to the heel end of the sole member; the heel mechanism including a first plate for attachment to the lower surface of the sole member adjacent the heel end thereof, the first plate having a first end and a second end; the heel mechanism including a second plate having a first end attached to the first end of the first plate and a second end normally urged away from the second end of the first plate; the heel mechanism including lever structure associated with the second plate for urging the second end of the second plate toward the second end of the first plate when the wearer of the article of footwear takes a step.
