The grasp part is of a semi-circular shape and is made of rigid or semi-rigid material. The foot pressure part is of a smooth curved or straight shape and is made of rigid or semi-rigid material. The grasp part and the foot pressure part are integral, preferably both parts being formed from the same piece of material.
