  • Patent number: 10408333
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for regulating the temperature of rear axle lubrication oil. In one example, a rear axle coolant system may include a coolant loop with a plurality of valves and sensors, regulating the coolant flow in heat exchange relationship with an exhaust gas heat recovery and storage system to deliver warm coolant to a rear axle heat exchanger to warm the rear axle lubrication oil. The method may regulate the components of the rear axle coolant system through a controller, receiving sensor input from the components of the coolant system.

  • Publication number: 20190263220
Abstract: Methods and system for operating a thermal storage device of a vehicle system are provided. In one example, a method comprises estimating a temperature of a thermal battery after the battery and coolant included therein have reached thermal equilibrium, and determining a state of charge of the battery based on the estimated temperature and one or more chemical properties of two phase change materials included within the battery. Specifically, the thermal battery may include two phase change materials with different melting points for providing thermal energy to warm coolant in a vehicle coolant system.

  • Patent number: 10387569
Abstract: At least one processing device, operating upon a body of text in a document, identifies occurrences of at least one content type in the body of text. The at least one processing device thereafter generates a user interface that includes portions of text from the body of text that are representative of at least some of the occurrences of the at least one content type in the document. For each content type, the occurrences corresponding to that content type can be grouped together to provide grouped content type occurrences that are subsequently collated in the user interface. Those portions of text corresponding to the grouped content type occurrences may be arranged in alphanumeric order. The user interface may comprise at least a portion of the body of text as well as indica indicating instances of the occurrences within the portion of the body of text.

  • Publication number: 20190236133
Abstract: At least two processing device-implemented company name recognition components, operating upon a body of text in a document, identify at least one company name occurrence in the body of text based at least in part on a company identifier list. The company name recognition techniques implemented by each of the at least two company name recognition components are different from each other. The at least one company name occurrence is used to update the company identifier list. The updated company identifier list is then used by the at least two company name recognition components to identify at least one additional name occurrence in the same body of text. This process of repeatedly identifying occurrences of company names in the body of text and updating the company identifier list is performed until such time that no further company name occurrences are identified in the body of text.

  • Publication number: 20170060833
Abstract: Each of a plurality of content matchers is executed upon a body of text in a document, identifying at least one match in the text and additionally assigning a match strength for each match. Where a conflict between a first match (have a first match strength associated therewith) and a second match (having a second match strength associated therewith) is noted, it is determined whether either of the first or the second match strength is greater than the other. If so, that match of the first and second matches corresponding to the lesser of the first and second match strengths is discarded. If the first or second match strengths are equal, then respective matcher ranks of the first matcher and the second matcher are compared such that the match of the first and second matches corresponding to the lesser of the first and second matcher ranks is discarded.

  • Patent number: 9325107
Abstract: An electrical connector assembly comprising an electrode interface board with a socket portion of a subminiature dual-row electrical connector attached to the top surface of a first printed circuit board and a first plurality of magnets attached to the bottom surface. The socket portion comprises a plastic housing and a plurality of female contacts with protruding contact points. The connector assembly further comprises a head stage with a top socket, connector and a second printed circuit board. A plug portion of the electrical connector is attached to the bottom surface of the second printed circuit board and a second plurality of magnets is attached to the bottom surface. The plug portion comprises a plastic housing and a plurality of male contacts with detents. The male contacts mate with the female contacts so that the protruding contact point of each female contact touches an inside distal surface of a male contact.

  • Patent number: 6449269
Abstract: According to the present disclosure, connectionless base IP protocol is leveraged to transfer streaming voice to a destination telephony device. As such, the disclosed IP telephone includes a controller and memory specifying the destination IP address, a packetizer coupled the controller and memory for packetizing outbound digitized voice into at least one outbound IP packet, and a network interface for transmitting the outbound IP network onto a network which may involve a LAN, WAN or the Internet. The disclosed IP phone also includes an extractor coupled to the memory and controller for extracting inbound digitized voice within an incoming IP packet whose source address correlates to the destination IP address or addresses stored in the memory.
