Patent number: 11941347Abstract: An online document system enables simultaneous collaboration on a shared document. Users associated with two or more collaborating entities can see edits and comments made to the shared document from all participants in real time. A first entity chooses to make all edits public to everyone or temporarily locks a clause so that the real time edits to the clause are only visible to users associated with the first entity. This allows all users associated with the first entity to continue to collaborate among themselves on edits to the locked document until it is in a state where they are ready for the rest of the users associated with other entities to view the changes. At the same time, the other users can continue to review, edit, and collaborate on the other clauses in the document. When the permissions are updated, all entities can again view the clauses for negotiation.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 2022Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: DOCUSIGN, INC.Inventors: Yiting Zheng, Phillip Stewart, Deepinder Badesha, Kocheng Hsiang, Iqra Anjum

Publication number: 20240065514Abstract: A wringing assembly may include a plurality of spaced apart pressure applicators, such as may be used for applying pressure to a mop element having a cleaning, absorbent or wiping material supported on the mop element. The pressure applicators may be supported so as to be centered or symmetrical on each side of a center of a wringing surface. The wringing assembly may include a substantially centered actuation element such as a handle. An actuation element on a wringing assembly may also include a receptacle for an element of a mop or other cleaning tool, such as a handle. A bucket positioning device includes a spring-loaded assembly having a hook for a bucket rim and a base for engaging a bottom of a bucket or a wheel unit.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Applicant: MICRONOVA MANUFACTURING, INC.Inventors: KRISTEN STEWART, PHILLIP LECOMPTE

Patent number: 9516009Abstract: A redirection service may receive a destination URI plus a set of conditions for reaching the URI. The conditions may include authentication conditions. The service may generate an intermediate URI which may direct to an intermediate service. The intermediate service may execute the various conditions, then redirect to the destination URI. In some cases, the intermediate service may pass data to the destination URI, and such data may include data gathered while executing the various conditions. The intermediate service may accessed through an Application Programming Interface (API). An example use scenario for the redirection service may be to generate publically publishable URIs for a private chat service, where an intermediate URI may be generated for a specific user or group of users, and may permit only those users to access a private chat room through the publically available URI.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2014Date of Patent: December 6, 2016Assignee: TETRAPOD SOFTWARE, INC.Inventor: Phillip Stewart Gordon

Publication number: 20150158709Abstract: A multi-use container opener device may include a base and a cover. A cap engagement lever arm and a ring-top opener shaft may be sandwiched in between the cover and the base. A first end and a second end of the cover may include at least two holes. The cover may attach to the base having the at least two holes aligned with a first pivot post of the base and a second pivot post of the base. In certain embodiments, multiple cap engagement lever arms are sandwiched in between the cover and the base. In certain embodiments, an integral handle may be attached to the ring-top opener shaft.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2013Publication date: June 11, 2015Inventor: Phillip Stewart Muhlfelder

Publication number: 20150021450Abstract: A gondola shelving product and signage display system allows both product and the signage to be projected into the store aisle for potential customers to view and purchase. The signage is placed at about 90 degrees to the aisle pathway, making it difficult for customers to miss. Product is prominently displayed in the aisle space and can be replenished quickly on a preloaded cartridge basis by store employees. The gondola shelving display system provides a flexible, low cost means to display smaller, highly profitable items. The gondola shelving display system can use various attachment mechanisms for attachment to the gondola shelving.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 22, 2013Publication date: January 22, 2015Inventor: Phillip Stewart Muhlfelder

Patent number: 8312436Abstract: A system and method for testing an application includes modules capable of reading data from one or more data tables and providing the data as input to the application. The input data is correlated by test case, so that each module may provide different input data for each test case. The system also includes a controller that executes the modules. The controller is capable of determining an execution order for the modules by reading a flow table. The flow table correlates each test case with one or more modules, and further correlates each module within the test case with an execution order. The system may read results that the application generates in response to the input data, and correlate the results with the test case and module in a results table. The results table may also contain expected results, and the system may compare the actual results with the expected results to determine whether the application is functioning properly.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2008Date of Patent: November 13, 2012Assignee: Accenture Global Service LimitedInventors: Margaret Moya Barry, John Charles McEvoy, Matthew Phillip Stewart, Christine Ann Bowman
