Abstract: A document comparison system comprising a computer and software accessible to and executable by said computer. Said computer is operable to compare a first document and a second document; based on said comparison, identify one or more similar portions of said first and second documents; provide a display containing simultaneously at least some of the contents of said first and second documents; indicate in said displayed contents of said first and second documents at least one of said identified similar portions; receive a selection of one of said indicated similar portions; and in response to said selection, further indicate said selected similar portion in said displayed contents of said first and second documents.
