  • Publication number: 20250043251
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for upstream optimization the large-scale parvovirus production, preferably the oncolytic protoparvovirus H-1 (H-1PV). It is based on microcarriers or macrocarriers and their respective use in suspension or fixed-bed, an optimized cell culture medium, and a medium exchange strategy. In summary, with the optimized cell culture medium and the new medium exchange strategy, the inventors established a reduction in seeded cell density and animal serum, leading to an animal serum-free harvest. The tested carriers are best suited for a high H-1PV yield, cell growth, and bead-to-bead transfer capability, wherein the inventors additionally scaled up the process from 24-well plates to Erlenmeyer, Spinner flask and iCellis nano. As a conclusion, the present invention provides a large-scale method for producing the oncolytic protoparvovirus H-1 with a high virus yield, while lowering production costs and avoiding undesired products of animal origin at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20250038242
Abstract: A method of assembling a fuel cell stack includes depositing a liquid seal material on an interconnect, pressing a fuel cell into the liquid seal material, and solidifying the liquid seal material after pressing the fuel cell into the liquid seal material. The seal material may also include a support portion or extensions which are configured to reduce an amount of compressive stress on corners of the fuel cell in the fuel cell stack.

  • Publication number: 20250030812
Abstract: Visual content captured by an image capture device may be stabilized. A target depicted within visual content of a video may be identified manually by a user or automatically by a computing device. Dolly zoom visual content may be generated by using a viewing window to crop the visual content. The size and/or the position of the viewing window within the visual content may change based on size and/or the position of the target within the visual content. The combination of video stabilization, target tracking, and cropping of the visual content may produce the dolly zoom effect. The dolly zoom effect may compensate for the movement of the image capture device and work on video captured by an image capture device without optical zoom.
