The first and second mold cores are combined, so that the rod is located in a mold cavity constructed by the first and second mold cores. A conductive material is formed in the mold cavity. The conductive material is cured on a surface of the rod to form a stylus. The first and second mold cores are separated from each other. The resultant stylus located between the first and second mold cores is taken out.
