One of the walls includes an access port coupling the internal chamber to an external environment and the access port can be configured to facilitate the passage of a flexible endoscope insertion member. The system further includes a plurality of objects disposed within the internal chamber. Each of the plurality of objects is configured for manipulation by a medical tool that extends through the flexible endoscope insertion member.
